Thank you for this wonderful read. I'm inspired to take action and use PLR as my main content source. I'm new to IM, though I did some Pinterest affiliate marketing before (got 2 commissions only).
My question is are you focusing in one particular subniche or are your video courses tackle different topics? Can a newbie to IM make it work or should I focus on an easier route like simple sales funnel?

Good day
MY video courses tackle different topics and, all of them are for serious use and users... None of them are into make money fast hype and bla bla bla.
I believe that if you focus on one thing only like "sales funnels", you'll have more chances to sell to a very clear targeted audience... That's not what I'm doing...
And why, I'm not focusing on one thing? Simply because the project was to try to sell the PLR (almost as they are) fast, so, after a few months, I admit, I'm still a bit confused about what audience to target... And that's why I'm more playing the affiliates card (recruiting affiliates) rather than targeting different audiences.
Now ask yourself a question, do you want to sell the PLR (almost as they are), or pick those in one niche and, maybe later work on creating more courses in that single niche?
In my case, my answer is, go generic then, in the long run, specific according to the sales... Because, the idea here is THE SPEED OF EXECUTION AND FAST SALES... Basically, set up a shop and start selling in one weekend.
I hope this clarifies things enough.
Cheers
