I have trying to get in to both of these networks but to no avail I'm still waiting for their approval for 6 months now.
Can someone help me out on this please?

Peerfly discontinue their business by tomorrow 31 July 2019. They are out. CPA world will face a great changing to handle affiliate network business. Just a summary of an info I got from the email they sent me today.

Are you sure about that? Their site is still live and allows to join.

Look down at the bottom of their front page, where it says:
"A New Chapter
After nearly eleven wonderful years,
PeerFly will be discontinuing normal
operations on Wednesday, July 31st, 2019"
