What do you guys think of using https://www.workify.co white label services to start a digital ad agency?

It's 50/50 on profits after expenses. All labour and customer service is done for you by workify.

Any other ideas? Thank you for your input.

Their pricing doesn't look very good. This is the problem I've seen with most of these white label services. I can beat most, if not all of their prices.
