Is that good.... or bad? I have not heard of Jono Armstrong before.

He always makes a very sincere LOOKING effort, but:
His credibility seems to be lukewarm at best.

He, along with many others have 'secrets' and 'never seen before methods' which are their main sales points (along with lots of possibly faked 'proofs').

YMMV - so let the buyer ALWAYS be wary of such shiny objects.
