Just kidding I just find it irritating when someone does that
I couldn't find any existing thread/post of the updated one so i just decided to make a new one, just move my thread where it should be , should it be a duplicate post or something
Anyways the theme itself is working I'm just not sure if you would encounter an error when importing the demo if you don't have the required plugins. some plugins will be imported by the theme itself if it has a free version of it i think :p like elementor and other jnews plugins.
However some required plugin/s are not free though and most of the demo content are visual composer content, prebuilt using wpbakery page builder which is not free. Im not sure if the author included it as bonus or not like what most author does now
but the copy that i have didn't have it or I might have packed it on another theme.
Anyways again I am not entirely sure if it really is required to have wpbakery page builder to import the demos perfectly but for the benefit of everyone i'll just also include in this thread the latest version of WPBakery page builder which is the most important plugin to fully customize this theme as your own.

here are some proofs that its working on my side. I always test the nulled plugins/themes before sharing them. sorry for the repeating admin panel of WP i used panoramic scrolling when i did my screen capture
