WordPress Cache Plugin will creates static html files from your dynamic WordPress blog. When a page is rendered, php and mysql are used. Therefore, system needs RAM and CPU. If many visitors come to a site, system uses lots of RAM and CPU so page is rendered so slowly. In this case, you need a cache system not to render page again and again. Cache system generates a static html file and saves. Other users reach to static html page.

None of your nulled shares have any VT, so:
I will not grab this only to re-upload it to VT to be assured it is clean.

Many folks here do not trust nulled add-ons and those without a real VT result are suspicious indeed.

Just another 'garbage sharing' guy here, maybe he is a 'good student' of Code Xinh guy or something else.
I really tired with repeating again but our Mods are blind with 'garbage shares' everyday in Freebies section.
Anyway, that way helps them earn money from shorten link services and get a few traffic from backlink shortcut.
