Thanks Layna for all the links. I just wanted to add for anyone who was wondering that the color happy stuff is not PLR, like the colormonthly stuff from the first link. The Color Happy stuff is just for personal use, but if you're interested in selling your own coloring page downloads that site is a good one to study for an example.
