Thanks Jimmy! I own the paper version of Vic Schwab's book, it's really good, but I didn't own cashvertizing, and I don't think I've got the Bob Bly one. I used to own a kindle version of Bob's copywriting course, but I lost it. The motivators list was especially useful for me!
