Today I am going to discuss about the most important issue of WordPress websites. As we all know WordPress is the majorly used CMS for website development. It is open source and easy to customize CMS. So it is also open to many threats with NULLED themes. NULLED wordpress themes can save you many bucks, but can be backdoor of many unwanted issues. So below I have described 3 major reasons for not using NULLED themes.

1. It welcomes malicious code.
Mostly NULLED themes come with malicious code and can be harmful to your website. Not only your current website, but also to your existing websites on server.

2. No updates
As you know NULLED themes can not be updated to its latest versions and you can miss out an important security issues for theme. And again not having latest version of theme can compromise your website and can open your website for threats and malicious code.

3. Illegal
Last but not the least. Very important to note that it is illegal to use NULLED them for your website. It may create consequences for your website and your company. Theme owner can sue you or take legal actions on you. Which may turn up loosing your website and big money or in some cases your website's revenue as well.

So please do not use NULLED themes for your wordpress website and be safe.

Happy Coding!
Besides point 2 you are all wrong. Wordpress themes and plugins are all GPL licensed, you can actually see that inside the style.css or plugin main file. So they are free to use, sell, whatever. You are probably some author looking to discourage people.
no hidden agenda HERE, Eh?
lmao
Has anyone been sued for using nulled Wordpress themes? They're GPL licensed so if they sue someone they will be in violation of GPL.
You don't know what is nulled theme!
Null is edit code to unlock premium features.

The things you said is "malicious" themes, it can be 'nulled' or 'not nulled'. Malicious themes contains backlinks kill the SEO, redirect to malicious websites or money sites... and maybe contain backdoor code for hackers access to code, database for bad ideas!

A hug and a kiss for your excellent "first" post.

There are certain themes which I purchased from Themefores.net. These themes were discountinued by the Author/Programmers. I felt as if I am left on an island with a dildo for fishing. Nobody returns your money. Themeforest did not return my money.

If themeforest start selling themes at $25 [MAX], 99% of the users would prefer to purchase a license version than to go with the downloaded version available on various forums. It will make their profits increase 1000x times, but those suckers are most interested in s****** your money on themes which offer littler support and buyers begging or egging the authors to get issues resolved.
My main beef with the whole Envato system is their lack of a proper option for multisite licensing. This serves neither their customers nor their vendors.

That's a good point. 59 $ plus taxes and whatever else they charge is too much even for developed countries. Support sucks, coding is terrible, authors sometimes decide to quit and you are fcked.
But who am I to talk. Look what happen to 25$ music CD's or 50$ Blu Ray movies. They never learn. Greediness.
