I can't even make a payment on {{{Blocked by Omni Potens, reason: reports from LEGIT GB STARTER}}}. It's giving me problems and even asking for a transaction ID when I haven't even made a payment yet! This site is backwards!

What you do is make the payment first and then fill in the boxes with proof of payment details and hope you get the product you purchased.
But with paypal if you never receive easy to get a refund.
