In the message, I asked if you had a link to the forum thread because I couldn't find it and I wanted to update the link there, too. But never mind, I searched another way and managed to find it.
By the way, although the thread is from 2018, I was happy to see that Jimmy456's mirror link in post #5 is still working! In order to use it, you'd have to know the forum password (but the only people who don't probably shouldn't be here!).
The next time you need a response from me, please send a PM so I can see it sooner. Also, it would help me greatly if you would check all the other posts on the thread for mirror links before asking for a re-up.
It takes time for me to re-up and you could have gotten this ebook a lot sooner had you checked the working mirror.
