I want to download videos from that site.
that host the videos them self.
Download helper will not help or any other add on..

IDM Grabber function ??
I think Download helper will do the job but will download from streaming it will collect all the small steaming parts and at last will put them in a file but you have to wait ....

You can record screen with screen recorder :).
If u can give access to the course, I will help download and give the DL link.
You can use IDM video grabber to download it. There are cracked versions of IDM available on this forum. Will solve your problem in the longer run. Screen recording is an option too but you won't jet the same quality there.
U can use Stream Video Downloader at chrome app store
