Oh sure! Can be sold elsewhere too. I find eBay the easiest way.

and then "Dropship" them to your "Drops" a.k.a Buyers? For the 1/2 price

it seems that it is more around buying a SE "Refund Service" and let the blackhat "refunded" item send to the buyers. If it is like that I would highly recommend to not do that. In some countries this is not blackhat but illegal.
