Have a look around on how to download files with no limitation from Mega. The file rar is the best way to use this method. I just did it with a free account.

Sadly, it is 2.34 GB in a single ZIP on mega - which I cannot get.
Might some kind soul mirror and/or split this so that folks in places with restrictions may also get it ??
