I just bought this together with the OTO's and will be sharing it in the normal way. However, I won't post the link directly on the [GET] thread as I don't see why most of us who share here should share with leachers who take everything and give nothing back. So, I am about to make the post but anyone who has less than 10 reps needn't reply as I won't respond to their request.
