You can send unlimited messages , however to be safe i dont recommend more then 500-1000 per day per number. So if you need to send more simply get more numbers.
And you can get whatsapp number from any virtual number seller. smspva , pvaverify are some site. And it starts at just .20$ so they are quite reasonable.
