Does inplay = you have to be at youre computer while the match is going on?
Are any tips able to be implemented before rather than during games? AKA if I'm not in Europe (at the moment) and don't want to stay up all night is it worth buying or realistically should I wait until I'm over there?

Yes, in-plays mean betting during the match is live, but we do also provide pre-game match tips where you place the bets on before match starts.
