There are several benefits of having a PayPal account if you work or transact business online. One of them is that you can easily be paid for your service or product.

To withdraw money from the PayPal accounts I sell, there are different ways you can do that. They are as follows:
1. You can exchange funds in the PayPal account for bitcoins (You will get more value than the actual value doing this)
2. You can add a Payoneer bank account to the PayPal account and then withdraw to Payoneer.
3. You can add a US bank account and then withdraw to that bank. (If you don't have a US bank account, I can show you how to get one at a cost)

Regarding the money will be pending inside the PayPal account before withdrawal, I will say that the money is always available to you for withdrawal at any time.
