Hi all
Because that's how any marketing funnel ON EARTH works.
Why do you think you can have the latest computer, car or phone, even a house just with a small deposit?
How many humans do you think can buy a new phone, computer or even 100.000$ house cash upfront? few, right! so the funnel is a small deposit then a subscription/monthly credit.
If you are still questioning that, that means you need to get the marketing train asap.
From big known guys to small services providers, all do that to avoid freebies seekers and get a PAYING clients to enter the funnels and end up buying the MAIN PRODUCT or SERVICE that usually cost 100x more than the FE.
1) If not that, how would you sell a a 2000$ service?
By begging and getting 0.0000001% results or getting people to pay you few dollars, trust you, get educated more about your product/service and with time, buys the service!.
2) How would you get a list of paying people? if not with a small product?
Do you prefer 10.000 people where only 3% buys from you or a 1000 ones who paid you all few dollars already?
What list do you think works best?
A list of already clients or a list of freebies seekers and spies?
2 Advices:
-Alway have a small fee product at the beginning of your funnels, even at 1$.
-Stop dealing with freebies seekers.

lol... or the recent wave of people wanting to sell some magical method but expect everybody to just blindly pay them without giving any information or details at all.
