I skimmed through the ebook and what I was able to figure out was that this guy gathers emails is by purchasing them from mass email list providers. I'm not talking about solo ads, I'm talkin email scraper services and whatnot. So in essence, you will be straight up spamming a cold list of people who did not want to hear from you.
The guy goes into ways you can warm these people up to you and all but where things really go south (at least for me) is that at the end of the report he tries to get you into buying his $700 service where he will do the spamming for you.
I don't know about you, but I really don't think that spamming is a fire I'd want to play with. That's just me though. If you would like to give some guy in Nigeria $700 to do the spamming for you, I would be very interested in hearing your results.

Totally agree, spamming via email especially in 2019 is generally just more trouble than its worth. There's a way to do proper email marketing, this isn't it.
