This came from another site - presumably nulled and OP gave us no VT here...so I'm doing it.
The actual add-on ZIP is buried inside the RAR, and here is the VT of that ZIP and it has been scanned at VT before, as the stats show:

Installed in local WP site and seems to work fine. Did not test the paid spinner api's, but looks like all else working fine:)
