That one is smaller - 34.9MB vs. 35.7 for the infected one.
The fixed (replacement) .exe from the share in the OP scanned clean for me and is only 6.97MB, so you can grab the share in the OP, keep that single file from it, and get the genuine installer linked above rather than getting a virus/trojan.
OR...
Here is a mirror of the fix (~1MB RAR) only at 14 sites:
(RAR is locked with our usual PW.)
