Please search above and tell me which post appears?
and please enlight me how to search without the exact title I tried as per

Try to search "www.udemy.com/7-heavens-meditation" (within quotes) in the "SEARCH POST" button. There is only one result, apart from your duplicate. The one by Rasur in 2017.

Just to add, you only need to search by the URL part that distinguishes the course on Udemy:
"7-heavens-meditation"
