I analyzed 15,055 keywords.
I found 2,824 keywords with at least 1000 Global Monthly Phrase Match results.
1,670 of those keywords are 'rankable' according to one or more of my three analysis methods.
And for those 1,670 keywords, I found that there are 10,708 vulnerable sites – sites that are ranking on page one of Google – sites that you can easily outrank, just by doing a 'pretty good' job of SEO.

I presume this is a false positive as the download came from an open back door (purely by accident).
To be sure I have done my own scan with AVG:
