I haven't personally tried with Insta. But,Yes it can be replicated for different networks. I just prefer pinterest as buyer traffic is higher and my blogs' niches focus more on female customers in which case pinterest is good.

If it is working, are there any chances of getting banned on Pinterest? Is the traffic good, are you actually making sales?

Also would this method require constant content creation i.e for the website and pinterest or is a one time set and forget type thing?
