I registered an eBay account in other country (none of the countries above) many years ago, that's my only eBay account at the moment, but I can sell on eBay USA using that account. In fact I always login on eBay USA. I even upgraded "My eBay: Selling" page to "Seller Hub" on eBay USA. Is it OK? Is there any difference?

I don't see why not! You could post in groups, etc. I recommend ebay because you make a listing and it's pretty much autopilot

the base price is between 20-40 dollars. you will be selling for between 75-90 dollars.
