When you publish a post, the plugin submits your RSS to various RSS sites automatically. I set it up and it works with normal posts but it doesn't work with custom post types and taxonomies. They say, the new version will have CPT support so if you can crack the new version (v3.6.22), it would be great. BTW, don't upload this plugin via FTP as it will not work, instead go to wp-admin/plugins, click add new.
