I have purchased an annual plan. Like OP wrote the majority of links are profile links, web 2.0's, article submissions.

Then there are also website builders, forum links, bookmarks, and other types of links.

I personally just use follow link building opportunities from his database as I have enough nofollow already.

The links are nothing special so don't expect miracles. But they can give you a little push. Especially if your site is new. I mean I just started and used a couple of them and for now, don't see any results. Will update if anything changes.

You can always make use of a discount he provides here and take the monthly package and see for yourself.

The big plus and what separates this offer from many others are guides. All guides I have seen explain in steps with images how to create backlink. And are up to date. Huge applause for this.

Regarding guest post database. I personally didn't see any opportunities for my niche and I don't think that sites that allow guest posts are hard to find in generall, but others will maybe have use of guest post database.

the database you are selling allows us to get link from high da and higgh pa?
eg i post an article on medium, so i get a link from it however, its not high pa since my page will have no link juice initially?

The list shows PA of the main domain. Yes, your article will have lower PA, but it will still come from the site which passes strong link-juice.

Not necessarily. It will be lower, but not 0.
