I installed the pro version on a brand new site: pretty easy to set up. You need to get keys from Feedly and Pixabay, and also set up a cron job, which is to be expected. The spinning functiion is built-in and has different settings ranging from very spun/unique to lightly spun/readable. I set the spinner to highly readable and it produces awful text, so I expect the highly spun setting will be far far worse. If you've used Wordpress Automatic, this is like comparing a skateboard (WP Autoranker) with a Ferrari (WP Automatic) but its simplicity and ease of use give it some utility.
It's too early to say if this is going to work as advertised concerning ranking, but as far as usability goes, I'd give it 4/5.
