Forbidden Book List -Part 3
How to Get High Without Drugs and Other Sales and Marketing Books You Have Never Read.

Thanks for sharing this list!!
Reps given [ of course, I really don't understand why it is even necessary to say so, but I guess not everyone has manners]
I don't think this guy gets high without drugs. Hilarious.

He must not read much then because most of these books appear on lists I've come across. There are some great ones on here but he's pure hype.
Cheers everyone,
Reading through this thread has made me laugh and brought back memories.
@Leonidas2013, the book about getiing high without drugs is on the list but isn't Glenn's book and as far as you having seen these books on other lists, well that is quite likely. Except I'd bet money they were on Glenn's list first.
How valuable was this list and how good was Glenn? He SOLD this list. People paid him for the list, based only on his sales letter.
Glenn knew the absolute value of words and especially of titles. I went through an old box of stuff and found one of his cassette tape sets called "9 Home Business Hobbies from Rich Tightwads!" (he liked to sell tape sets because they had a higher perceived value and couldn't get passed around like pdfs)
Glenn excelled at looking at one business and finding an idea in that business that he could use in an entirely unrelated business.
Glenn was one of the first 'affiliate marketers' although I don't think that's a term he would have used. He attended a Jay Abraham Seminar but didn't like paying for it so he did a deal with Jay to attend future events for free if he could sell x number of seats. Jay was happy to do the deal and Glenn used his unusual copywriting skills and email list to sell seats.
In short, an unusual man with a very unusual skill set. In many ways, very much ahead of his time.
Cheers,
