Me too. There should be a punishment System in place for People that always ask for Review copies but never provide reviews. As a seller I would let reviewer purchase the product first and then refund them after delivering the review.

My Review:
You will get a user guide text file with setup video. The seller also give the license key of the important software which is needed.
Normally I published a review within a week I got the file from the seller. But this case was different. Since seller's claim is strong, so we need to test in the proper situation.
Video guide give the almost all guide what you need to work. But it is lengthy. Seller shows how smartly use cloudflare for their needed purpose.
I setup two mail server
1. According to guide of seller. How to setup SMTP and send bulk mail.
2. I installed Mail in a box Script for my other mail server.
In the both situation I tested.
Mail in a box is also equip with SMTP setup. One thing I like in Mail in a box is their ssl configuration and used it on mail server. Mail in a box used Let's encrypt ssl for IMAP and POP3.
If anyone interested in Mail in a box, you can give a try.
Sending single email from both server:
When I send email from both server, I didn't face any issue from both of them. Both of mail goes to sender almost in same time.
Note that, You have to setup dkim, SPF and dmarc properly, otherwise you face problem to mail delivery. Mail in a box come already with dmarc, dkim, SPF and DNSSEC and dns hosting. So if you manage your DNS from Mail in a box panel then there is nothing to worry.
Sending 100 emails from both server:
Here a little bit issue noticed. My mail in a box server send only 67 emails on right time and after 3-4 minute remaining emails goes to sender. But on my other server (setup with seller's guide) able to send all emails. No email on queue.
Here I take help from different disposable mail service to test whether mail recived by sender. Few mails was gmail and outlook.
I did this test for almost 3 days after that I destroy server and delete mail.
Now I will perform test on my live subscriber. and I will tell the result. Since my subscriber count is not that good, so I cannot test it in live situations.
In my opinion this SMTP server setup guide is a very good product from seller if it is always send emails with 100% delivery rate. I believe that this SMTP server guide can do this. Because seller use some enterprise lever software with license key to get the job done. Some of the giant Email Marketing company also use this software. This software is the only reason for such good delivery rate.
