There is a site that I've been trying for well over a year to increase the PR.
It's been at 2 since forever. I've tried running senuke for a few months, buying High PR links from fiverr, buying high PR links for forums, posting to blogs with High pr, doing the tumblr method focusing on high pr using seoquake of course, just about anything you can THINK of.
Why the Heck is it stuck at PR2?
now just irritating

Google is looking for regular updates and fresh content.

Just comment on high PR pages, of course it is not easy to get the list.
