Maybe a dumb question but how exactly to make text clickable (link) change font size, align center, etc. I don't see options for that?

You would either need to manually add BBCode or begin by creating a new post in a section where such formatting is visible, add the signature text, apply formatting and move the content to the signature edit screen - rmember to NOT save the post in the section as you are merely using the editor for accessing the formatting and not to post the text.

Also on some posts signature appears and on some not. For example, my post above does not have a signature. But my post above that has a signature.

You have to tick a box to include your signature in each post.
I've noticed that if you use the 'quick reply' to post a response
to a thread, whether you tick that box or not, it doesn't always
show up.
Solution: Use the 'Quick Reply' option to write your post, then
click on 'Preview Post'
You can preview your post and signature (or lack thereof) then
determine if you need to tick the box in the full editor in order
to make your sig file visible.
Hope it helps
