This definately works in the USA, but I doubt it will for any other countries .
1. Go to the KFC customer support page.
http://www.kfc.com/contact/
2. Once you're there fill out all the required information .
3. Your going to be saying that you had a horrible time at your KFC
say that your chicken was too tiny or that the wait was to long.
4. After you fill out all that information wait a week or two and
KFC will send you a $5 guest check that does not expire and can be used
on anything in the KFC menu.
(The check also says the store number and its address so I recommend
putting a KFC that you go to. )
So I have to bash my favorite KFC to get some free food? That's harsh. But thanks for the tip. I might get hungry enough to try it. Lol.
I started trying this method as soon as I started reading it, and it worked.
Below is the e-mail I received back from the local KFC manager:

I could not tell what day you came by our restaurant but as you said it really should not matter.
We are in the restaurant business with a drive thru working to serve food quickly and "Hot and Fresh". Our goal, even with a product that takes 20 minutes to cook, is to have you out of the drive thru in under 2 minutes. It is our job to forecast how much chicken we are getting ready to sell and I am sorry we did not do that correctly during your visit.
I apologize for your wait and I appreciate your feedback. I cannot change what happened
but I do not want to lose you as a customer. I am sending you a card to try us again and I hope you will have a great visit with us.

No problem. I always like to leave my feedback for methods like these to show others how it worked out on my end.
Give it a try. It might work for you. I didn't type much. I just wanted to see if it worked. The only thing I did was select that I wasn't happy about my service and said that my family and I was waiting for over thirty minutes for one bucket of chicken and I did not recieve it on time.
this is really nice.at my country there is to many KFC stall.I want to try this method. :) Hope it work!
