No this is not true at all, go to all the hip hop reaction videos and hear them complain about their videos being taken down due to copyrights strikes.

Yeah you get your videos copystriked for a couple of seconds music imagine if they are going to hear your "fair usage" loohope... don;t think so.
Looks great but unfortunately YT has made a ton of changes recently and all these videos using others' videos are being disabled from monetization or all ads are beign paid for the original copyright holder.
Anyway there is a little twist by using stock video footage.
