Sunny Trio, I am out of reps for today but many thanks for the share. I just found his material and I really like how he imparts his knowledge. I am reading his basic manual now and will buy his other book as soon as I finish with the manual. 'The Hypnosis Self-Help Manual: The Ultimate Do-It-Yourself Manual' It has some high ratings so it must be good.

I regularly use subliminal affirmations via a program called ''Subliminal Flash'' and want to get into hypnosis.
