You must need a sms gateway provider to run Ultimate SMS so is useless or be very expansive in the end

Version 2.7.5 / ( 28.11.2018 ) is latest. Why is that file so large?

I suggest to not use it also. Becose i have original script this fodler wkhtmltox not belong to original! I agree with you @ storm180 that i not SAFE to use it. Post is reported!
