There was a decent course about local near me keywords that came out a few years ago called Near Me Domination. It was a pretty good course, but even that guy came out last year and said those generic near me terms are not as easy or effective anymore. I actually got on page one for a near me keyword that got a lot of searches per month, but I already had a website that had big authority that I built the page on, and I used other agressive blackhat type things to help it get there. One issue to me is even if you ranked a page for a generic near me term like "24hr Plumber Near Me" Most people nowadays are doing local service searches on their phones. Google has way better proximity filters and algorithms than a few years ago, and for generic terms like that you'll be competing with all the Yelp, Home Advisor, and Angies List directory type sites that have big authority and deep pockets. Also if someone searches for 24hr plumber near me, google is going to know where that person is searching from and serve up the most local results possible. There will also be a 3 pack of maps with individual local companies with a call now button. These map listings will get like 70% of all calls and activity for that type of local query, and down below all that where the regular organic results are the rest of the activity is going to happen with the top few website listings. If someone is not experienced with SEO, and does not know how to do good keyword research and competition analysis, I would not recommend this approach. They always make it sound easy to do. A better approach would be to target specific locations and blanket a 20 mile radius of smaller cities and towns surrounding a metro area. So. keywords that include the service plus a smaller city like "24 hour plumber lexington ky" then you are finding lower hanging fruit keywords that you might actually have a snowballs chance in hell to rank for. But with this approach you need a good Silo Structure for your site, and you would need to be targeting a whole shitload of smaller cities and towns to get any significant traffic. Anyway just my 2 cents, I think there has to be better ways to try and make money for less advanced people. I would not spend any money on a WSO like this if I was still a beginner, even for free most people would not be able to actually make it work. But still props to OP for posting all the free WSO's :)
