Probably, the reason this course is not shared anywhere is because "it works". I have seen that people usually share courses which doesn't work or work 50% of the time.
However, I will share some stuff from RTM site which is available on the internet, but is not freely available. I am new to this site, so if this link has already been shared, then I am sorry.

This 380+ MB file has RTM articles and YouTube videos. Articles are from 'now restricted' RTM forum. The content is nicely arranged so that you can study it in proper order.
Also, Mansur Supari was former RTM member and his course describes their strategy in detail. Although, the course is not in English, but you can easily understand as all the chart examples are self explanatory.

Ps: Just to say I got a quick solution for the videos in Malay...
I connect the vlc player via stereo mixer in sound properties to google translator...
and I got an idea about what he is saying cause the translation made by google far from perfect.
