You just have to wait a day or two. It seems these links get a whack of traffic when they are first posted, and google temporarily stops downloads.

That's right @cremaster.
It'll be wise to save the file to your drive first if you can't download now and make a copy of it. Once downloaded then to remove it from your drive.
