I would like to take a moment and share my review about Elpida's services. I had been a subscriber a couple of years ago and then I took a break. Now I am back to the subscription services and I have to say the service still is top notch. You get a response back in less than an hour. I requested for some additional video downloads from the membership and it was done within half an hour. Super quick. All the material is laid out neatly in folders year wise and topic wise so it is very easy to locate any particular information. I am thoroughly happy with the service and without a doubt would recommend it to anyone who needs such expensive subscription for pennies on a dollar. Hope this helps someone.
