I've just discovered a place where you can create simple fully responsive one-page sites for pretty much anything. It's free unless you want to go pro for more features.
This is not an affiliate link. I'm just posting it here for those who want a cheaper or free alternative to costly page builders.

Looks useful and at $9/year it may even be worth their 'pro' deal, but for a single detail:
Whether it allows a fully made site to be exported to be re-used on one's own hosting somehow ??
(I used their contact form to ask about it...)

Their offerings are free=> $9=> $19=> 49=> $99 per year depending upon what the user needs.
Being able to download the sites requires a minimum of their Pro Plus, which is $49/year for 25 Sites.
Seems like (if the material produced by their s/w is very good), then the $49 may be a very good deal.
