Yes you’re absolutely right, although I should note that one domain can be used to register up to 2-3 different Adsense accounts, for those who are looking to cut more budget

.com domain is preferred, there are other domains you can and at the moment cannot use but this information is available on google, I am sure you can search and get the information right away.
I’ve been using this method since early 2018, some parts of this method is my own modification from an old method while the main method is my own original method, I can be certain that this would work in a long term, and at least I can anticipate any issue and address them as updates if it happens
