Any ideas? Thanks for the share regardless.

The file I downloaded from the first link (ge.tt) works for me. Try downloading it again that usually solves the issue.

Also: it's a .rar file. What tool are you using to extract? 7zip works fine for me.
@Tara: Thank you so much for replying to kalel35. Unless he got back to you via PM, it looks like he hasn't replied back yet so we can't tell if he managed to get this share or not.

As a courtesy check, I went back and downloaded my own share from Ge.tt and, like you, it worked seamlessly for me. I didn't suspect there were any problems or others on the thread would be asking for a re-up.

After downloading, I opened the folder and all the PDFs were there. I then opened a couple of the PDFs just to check their status, and each e-book opened in Adobe Reader as it should.

I was just going to ask kalel35 if he downloaded from solidfiles (which I hear has been acting strangely recently) or Ge.tt. It is always best that, when one download link doesn't work, to try the other. That is why I spend so much time providing multiple mirrors in a share when I am able to.

I was also going to ask kalel35 what utility s/he uses to extract archives. Just as Tara says, it is a .rar file ... you can use WinRAR but (again, like Tara) I recommend 7zip.

Usually, you can right-click directly on the downloaded file/folder and select Extract With ... or Open With ... and if you have the FREE 7zip installed on your computer, select that program. It's fabulous!

If you need to download 7zip, go here and select the version that is appropriate for YOUR operating system:

Magic Button :
Code:
.
https://www.7-zip.org/download.html
.

I used to have WinZIP (paid) and the newest version has a user interface I can't get used to. And it doesn't operate as easily as it used to so ... when it was time to re-bill, I cancelled. My WinRAR and 7zip are just fine for what I need.

One last thing kalel35 should consider: are you using a utility that has expired or requires that you purchase to continue? Sometimes a zip utility you purchased will behave like this if it has expired and you need to renew or upgrade.

I believe that you can change the file extension on a download to better suit whatever utility you're using. But be careful ... be prepared to download from the original source again if it messes up. Simply right-click on the downloaded folder or archived file and choose Rename. You can then change/edit the actual name of the file (if you like but that's optional) and instead of the .rar extension, type in .zip if you're using a zip utility, like WinZIP. If the file doesn't extract, simply restore the file to its .rar extension via the Rename method ... no harm, no foul.

But I do believe having 7zip will solve any or these issues.

It doesn't seem like anyone else is having issues downloading. So, try Ge.tt. If that server is banned in your country or your have other access issues, let me know.

I was hoping someone here would have provided a mirror link by now.

Please, get back to me if you are still having problems --- either in a PM or here in a post. If I don't hear from you, I can only assume everything is fine and you no longer need help.

I appreciate all the attempts to help. I tried both links, downloading then in 2 different browsers, and 2 different private modes. Tried opening with WinZip, WinRar, and 7-zip...all current and working programs and they all said they couldn't open it.

I even converted the files online from .rar to .zip and still got the same error.

I will just buy the books, which is what I should have done to being with.

Thanks for the share.
I just got acquainted with this guy, and never thought I'd find his work here. I am grateful to you, mam @layna61524[/code]

No need to buy them, only download from here. Solidfile. All downloads are working! And can be opened and read the pdf files. All good.

Really: Maybe it is better to buy a MAC than a Open Windows PC - and than these books. Everytime all things works for me good on a Mac.
Spend your Money on WORTHY things.

Thanks Layna6124 !
