Enjoy!
Brilliant title, thanks! Out of reps, sorry
I happen to also believe that we should all allow ourselves to be (occasionally) groggy - that's why we need the (occasional) nap ;-) Thanks SteB81, excellent share for us too serious types! + Reps
Can't beat a 15-min power nap! :-D

Who, What, Why: How long is the ideal nap? - BBC News

Hmmm mopuss, according to your excellent and timely article: "once you get beyond 20 minutes, you risk a deep sleep and you can be much more 'groggy' when you wake up." For me to live up to my name, looks like the ideal nap will be longer than 20 minutes. Now if I can just figure out the optimum number of naps PER DAY ;-)
Interesting topic LOL

Enjoy the course you guys :)
Thanks for sharing this! Max reps!

Don't forget the coffee before your 20min nap, groggy! And, remember, it's no substitute for a good night's sleep, if that's possible :-)
Thanks mopuss, I actually read that whole article (between short naps)...was hoping to try the caffeine- just-before-nap trick this morning at work, but the boss frowns on 8 am naps for some reason (caffeine or caffeine-free). Will try this experiment discretely one of these days and let you know how THAT goes!
Good luck, groggy!
