It appears that the link you provided is to the Platinum training and not the Black Sapphire - hence all the Black Sapphire features are not mentioned.

Yes, but, if you mouse over the GET SOFTWARE link on that training page, is takes you to the PLATINUM software download link.

He mentions somewhere in one of the videos that there are specific Black Sapphire links emailed to Black Sapphire purchasers, do there is a separate training area out there somewhere - especially since the Agency tab and Re-seller does not get anything mentioned at all.

Pink Diamond, while advertised as just a customized Funnel done by the creator, appears to have a lot of unadvertised features (extra social accounts and extra account limits) to help test for the next version update presumably.
