We tried to buy a $500 account from tomato.to and is a fraud, after deal done no more replies from them.

After payment sent, no more replies (since past weekend) and if you contact him using another email, he reply almost instantly :(

From the past month tomato.to redirects to their other site grab.co.in. Today, the one that works is dont.co.in
