@ALL: I just checked the links and am glad to report that (as of February 28, 2019) everything in the original post still works. So, anyone passing this by is missing out on a treasure trove of J.D.B. stuff. It's not a quick-get download and will take you a little bit of work but if you are a fan of his products, here is your chance to nab many of his classics.
