There is no additional cost, you can start with $0.
Phone numbers are free, if it’s paid I suggest that you buy in bulk, and you probably need to hire external help, probably can cost around $50 to buy around 500 phone numbers. But it’s not necessary to go that committed to your campaigns, 3-4 phone numbers are enough to get going, unless you want to commit to big campaign, it’s no needed.
For database, it’s free, there’s no need to purchase at all, you’ll get to it with your own system, because if you buy, the list may be outdated or if you start spamming there are chances that your list change their numbers too, so it’s useless to buy.
Any phone number can work, you are not limited to use this method only on specific country code, it works internationally.

I don’t think you’ll engage clients that much, I have done a design promotion before, we managed to get clients quicker and also repeat orders, say 4/10 bought after seeing our offers.

1. This was logo design mostly, and we average about $50 for that campaign
2. Apparently, we hit our target audience right and managed to convert that high at that time, we sure did make a lot of follow up though, and we had to pay attention to our trackers for decision making, 4/10 is still a good number at a $0 cost marketing campaign
3. This is depends, on some niche and location, offline clients are everywhere for you to connect with, my guide gives a wider range of options for you to work with other than just standard WhatsApp identifier like location or gender, you can build your client personas
I had series of testing with local sales through WhatsApp and Instagram, from dietary products to fashion goodies, people tend to trust you when it comes to buying, most of my sales didn’t even need any escrow, even easier to connect directly from wa than spamming on Instagram.
Obviously we still had to process all the orders.
