Hey so I saw this person is obviously buying Youtube views and screenshot that they got 19k views in about 10 minutes.
Now their views do NOT drop and they are buying likes that don't seem to drop either.
I've included a pic to see what I mean.

I've tested tons of SMM panels and gigs trying to find a way to do this as I"m planning on buying dozens of videos.
